Cardanol
Cardanol is a phenolic lipid obtained from anacardic acid, the main component of cashew nutshell liquid, a byproduct of cashew nut processing. Cardanol finds use in the chemical industry in resins, coatings, frictional materials, and surfactants used as pigment dispersants for water-based inks.
Cashew Nut Shell Liquid
Diamond Cashew Products are based on cashew nutshell liquid (CNSL), a natural, non-food chain, and annually renewable biomaterial. CNSL is a resin extracted from a soft honeycomb structure inside the cashew nutshell.
Cashew Friction Dust
Our friction dust product line consists of brown, black, and specialty products that are designed to meet a comprehensive range of performance and property needs. As a result, brake manufacturers can choose the most appropriate friction particle from a broad range of chemistries, mesh sizes and particle distribution.
Residol
Residol is a clear viscous resin with a golden colour film that is suited for surface coating applications due to its film characteristics and strong resilience. Residol is obtained as a by-product during the Cashew nut Shell Liquid process after separating the monohydroxyl phenol.
